The registration of a company in the National Court Register takes from a few days to a few months, as does the registration of a company as a VAT payer. The timing depends on a number of factors. For clients who can’t or don’t want to wait, we recommend a ready-made company.

We carry out updates of limited liability companies according to the demand of clients. Every company is required to report annually to the National Court Register, however, in addition to this, within 7 days of a change in the facts of the limited liability company, the management is required to report these changes. We assist our clients in completing and filing the relevant documents. Many times our clients are not familiar with the current law and are not up to date with changes regarding the court registry, which changes every year, which is why it is worth using our services.
